oi! been a minute. my computer had some sort of meltdown while my boyfriend was using it and was in the shop for like 3 weeks. who knows what was wrong with it but it works now so here i am! i have a bunch of shit i have posted here and there on my instagram but haven't posted on the blahg! this little festive getup is one of them. i fuckingggg love this casual little 2 piece. i didn't think of myself as someone who would wear a star 2 piece set but i guess i hadn't ever seen a cute star 2 piece set until i laid my eyes on this little lenni number. and now i'm wondering what other matching 2 piece sets i can get my hands on…….i'll be back super soon like monday soon k love you bye.

side of the road sally

went on a one night jaunt to palm springs with zoey and of course i forced her to pull over on the side of the road and take my photo. actually it was a well thought out plan that was concocted by me early that morning when 1. i put like 5 mins of thought into my outfit, and 2. when i realized zoey was already gonna have her camera and i could beg and plead at her feet to just take 5 mins worth of snaps. being the good friend that she is, she obliged. and thank god cause all my blog posts are in the concrete jungle! dirty downtown sidewalks, boring residential areas……all work and no play make for some really boring blog backdrops! and when i do go on a vacation somewhere visually stimulating i am far too consumed with eating and drinking myself into oblivion so there's just no chance for a boozed up bloated blog post. which i think is probably a good thing. ok luh you bye.

clearly this ensemble was worn a few weeks ago when the weather was far more tolerable and desirable-----this heat wave is bringin' a sister downnnnn. this outfit is a combination of some of my favorite things-----muppet jacket, isabel 70's stripe sweater, and these bellbottom overalls that i cannot eat in cause they are way too tight. not pictured (but under there) are my suede gucci platform boots. dressing for fall is just so much more fun man! the layers, the absence of upper lip sweat…….i guess i should just stop complaining and move to the east coast already. but then i would complain about how cold it was all the time. always something. hahahaha oh alsooooooo i just started a depop account which i just found out about-----its basically instagram but you sell shit. which is tight cause i need to make some room in my overcrowded apartment! my username: pursenboots! and yes i will update as much as humanly possible. k byeeee xx

its been SO hot all week in la i can barely get away with wearing a jacket right now…..except with my denim underwear and by midday the jacket is a goner…...its bumming me out!! i'm not ready for summer----mainly cause i'm not done shoving my face with everything delicious and fried and bad for me….and summer means less clothes and more skin showing so i gotta get it together and hit soulcyle/pilates up with a vengeance! ok enough about me pigging out lets talk clothes cause thats what this is about right? this jacket is badass and i had nothing like it in my closet----soft and buttery and studded, what more could you ask for? i'm so happy it came into my life cause it was like the final puzzle piece in the rainbow of my moto jacket collection…..and yes i will share so come on over! xx

ain't laurent

don't get me wrong i love me some saint laurent! but likeeee i'm not to the financial point where i can buy all of their clothes. or any really. i mean shoes, bags, accessories in general…..hells yes i will charge that shit but i can't fuck with a 2000 dress! hopefully in the near future though when i'm ballinnnnnn! i am FINALLY busting these boots out after they had been lurking in my closet for a number of months….they sat in the box while i contemplated: do i really need these? holy fuck they are expensive! that's like a whole months rent! ok but they are a classic. ok well like 2 months have passed so i don't think i'm going to return them at this point. ok i'm keeping them. ok i'm finally gonna wear them cause they're not doing me any good collecting dust in the corner! and i love the shit outta them. they are perfect soft suede, 70's stacked heel, round toe…….the boots my dreams are made of! i am a strong believer in the high low when it comes to outfits----so yeah i'm still paying off my boots but my top was like $75 bucks. i compare it to me loving the shit out of a nice restaurant but also getting down and dirty at jack in the box. speaking of, holy shit i'm hungry it's lunchtime gotta go! xx
