i found this long lost forgotten post in my drafts in blogger. why it was never published, i may never know. it was from last year some time. although my hair looks pretty similar now so i didn't even have to admit that. look how honest abe i am. i found out i have 3 more never published sad posts in draft land, and until i see my deadbeat photog zoey you're gettin' some oldies. but i would consider them goodies if i do say so myself. or mediocres. i can't call a series of photos of myself good. that's just gross. TGIF brothers from other mothers. T.G.I.F. indeeeeeed. xx

toe-tally.

 some days,  my job really rules. like this day. the crew went to malibu to shoot a beachin' lookbook. (you can see the finished product here). my downfall of the day was that i totally spaced on wearing a tank top for maximum without-a-bathing-suit tan (real problems here). i think i was just so excited to wear this top again cause i haven't worn it since november. yes, november. that's how fast my dry cleaning turnaround is these days. nine months. chicks can grow a baby in nine months. i can get my dry cleaning done. cheers to procrastination! while we are on the subject of procrastination.......holy shiznit i haven't posted anything since tuesday! i've been on a six day work bender. gnarls. i hope you're doing the opposite of that, which would be chlling and/or raging. cause its sunday funday. holla.

voila! the twelfth st. by cynthia vincent resort '12 lookbook. i juuuustt posted the behind the scenes to this baby----one of my favorite (if not numero uno) lookbooks i've ever styled for twelfth street. fall and holiday were badass, but this was so my steez. and there weren't really any limitations on how over the top i could take it. added bonus. if i could dress this way every day without people thinking i was some eccentric crazy caftan weirdo with a penchant for accessorizing like mr. t, i would. this will actually probably be me as an old lady. magda from something about mary with a little talitha getty thrown in for that worldly vibe. t.g.i.f  bros!

holidazed and confused

it's been awhile since i posted something i've worked on. i actually totally forgot that i hadn't posted this lookbook until i stumbled across it on my desktop! if you follow me on "the twitter" as my gram likes to call it---i posted some behind the scenes pics a few months back. then you could've reminded me: when the hell are you going to post that shizz? if you don't that's ok cause i forget that i have a twitter too. anywho, here's the lookbook i styled for twelfth street by cynthia vincent holiday '11. look at that sparkly backdrop. just screams holiday. needing all of the faux fur shaggy abominable snowman wears. and i could basically wear them now because california is refusing to have a summer.
