clearly this ensemble was worn a few weeks ago when the weather was far more tolerable and desirable-----this heat wave is bringin' a sister downnnnn. this outfit is a combination of some of my favorite things-----muppet jacket, isabel 70's stripe sweater, and these bellbottom overalls that i cannot eat in cause they are way too tight. not pictured (but under there) are my suede gucci platform boots. dressing for fall is just so much more fun man! the layers, the absence of upper lip sweat…….i guess i should just stop complaining and move to the east coast already. but then i would complain about how cold it was all the time. always something. hahahaha oh alsooooooo i just started a depop account which i just found out about-----its basically instagram but you sell shit. which is tight cause i need to make some room in my overcrowded apartment! my username: pursenboots! and yes i will update as much as humanly possible. k byeeee xx

ain't laurent

don't get me wrong i love me some saint laurent! but likeeee i'm not to the financial point where i can buy all of their clothes. or any really. i mean shoes, bags, accessories in general…..hells yes i will charge that shit but i can't fuck with a 2000 dress! hopefully in the near future though when i'm ballinnnnnn! i am FINALLY busting these boots out after they had been lurking in my closet for a number of months….they sat in the box while i contemplated: do i really need these? holy fuck they are expensive! that's like a whole months rent! ok but they are a classic. ok well like 2 months have passed so i don't think i'm going to return them at this point. ok i'm keeping them. ok i'm finally gonna wear them cause they're not doing me any good collecting dust in the corner! and i love the shit outta them. they are perfect soft suede, 70's stacked heel, round toe…….the boots my dreams are made of! i am a strong believer in the high low when it comes to outfits----so yeah i'm still paying off my boots but my top was like $75 bucks. i compare it to me loving the shit out of a nice restaurant but also getting down and dirty at jack in the box. speaking of, holy shit i'm hungry it's lunchtime gotta go! xx

ok so real talk: i can't fit into these jeans post thanksgiving. oops. i mean they really only fit after a long bout of illness but i love em' so damn much every time i recover from strep throat, the flu, or a month long case of mono----you better believe i am reaching for these babies the first time i step back into the world! i am SO happy its been cold(er) the last few weeks so i can wear all my 9872420 faux fur coats. nothing makes me happier! and this one is the perfect shade of burgundy and a mix of very rare muppet and fraggle rock furs. hells yes to the holidays my friends! wrapping up this week of work and so damn pumped to take some time off to hang with my family and dawgs. hope you guys have an amazingggg holiday whether you were naughty or nice! xx

polka dot bot

i am so in love with this polka dot coat its not even funny. i feel like when you say black and white polka dot faux fur coat so many red flags go up in your mind, but in real life its a match made in heaven. the amount of faux fur coats i have at the moment is a bit obscene, i feel like its my strange addiction------but heyyyyyy-----its better than eating couch cushions or dryer sheets so leave me alone! this dress may look familiar to you.....i also have it in baby blue which i posted here....and love the white equally as much-----its a go to bathing suit cover up in the summer fo sho. and these boots i bought from zara the second i laid eyes on them and they are perfect furry goodness....and whoever told you don't mix polka dots and leopard.......what a loser! wear what you want cause it makes you feel good and who gives a fuck what other people think......people wear yoga pants and crocs in public...….a little late but i hope you all had a good thanksgiving my friends! i passed out at the dinner table. i dont know......i blame the coconut vodka. k love you bye! xx

white tees, please!

it's time. time that i address the age old question of "WHERE DID YOU GET THAT LOW CUT WHITE TEE?!?!?!" i try to answer every question and i tag what i'm wearing on instagram, but i felt like i needed to really dig into the low cut white tee, since it's my #1 wardrobe staple. the one i am wearing in these pics, and that i wear most often in life, is by daftbird. its by far the lowest neckline i've found, and i've worn this one to death-----i love it in all its dingy state so much. you can buy this exact one here. i also love the novella royale muse tank (i love a simple vneck and mary makes a damn good one.) lna kills the white tee (and the stripe tee, and the ripped tee, i could go on.) and i also love brandy melville believe it or not-----in all their messy stacks you can find a damn good low cut tank. the trick is-----STRETCH that shit out!!! stretch the living daylights out of it. pull on it until you hear things that don't sound quite right, things are ripping, seams are coming apart a bit, let the little holes you create grow and customize that shit into the perfect bra showing super low neck tee. k?! hope this helps. that's all my secrets right thurr. xx
