fringe binge

i always forget why i never wear this vest because i love it so....and then when i spend half the day removing my wrist from the tangle of fringe i remember.....it's either the vest or jewelry. no jewelry? no chance.

 scored this amelia earhart aviator jacket from a lookbook that i styled forever ago. free and one of a kind. awesome. also a little tight. not as awesome. damn you sample size.

 your eyes do not deceive you. jeans. yes, jeans. do not adjust your computer screens. this is still purse 'n boots. 'n jeans. woke up and it was superrrr overcast and it turned out to be the first rainy day in forever. which ruled. what didn't rule was the strange smell the shearling on my collar started emanating once it got wet....i guess i could spare those gory details but what's the fun in that? anyway i was running late. all my jean shorts were in the hamper. long skirt outfits were too complicated. so my last ditch effort were these holey bad boys. had to shake the dust out cause they haven't been worn since 1994. that's a joke, obviously. i wouldn't be able to fit in that shizz. currently sipping on a cold one, hoping that you all have been enjoying your weekend as much i am. p.s. i'm knocking on my one year blog anniversary. holy time flies. what do you fools want to see?
