i love me a shapeless dress. whether its a maxi, or a your-buttcheeks-are-popping-out mini, i just love a muumuu. no pressure to watch what your eating or worry about sucking your stomach in all day (unless you have a naturally flat stomach in which case i hate you.) i've had a serious love affair with this dress since i got it cause it has all the elements i just mentioned, plus its sheer. and has a low neck. and pockets. and a slit. that my friends, is what we call a perfect dress. i wore this all white outfit to an all day meeting (yes, those exist) and i drank coffee, iced tea, and ate a variety of messy foods in this bad boy and SO UNLIKE ME i did not drop a SINGLE anything on the jacket or the dress. call it a christmas miracle if you will, cause i sure did. lord knows every time i take things to the dry cleaner every damn thing has a "oops, sorry we can't get this stain out" tag on it. argh.

oh hi guys. i know its been awhile. im sorry! i feel really bad about it. if it makes you feel any better i have another post all queued up for dat ass. ok so this is in zoey's backyard, but the real elephant in the room is that she has an 80's HOT TUB back there. yes. i've never been in it but i sure as hell plan on it. also this hat i love so much. its definitely a faux maison michel which is a bummer, but it fits my giant paisano head. andddd it has a burgundy ribbon. also i've been wearing these leather legging like they are going out of style. which they never will. also who cares about clothes is FRIDAYYY. xx

still loving these little red riding boots. alot. except i went buzzed biking in them and now they have chain grease all over them. c'est la vie, eh?

this bag is more ladylike than what i usually carry, but its so fuckin' sleek! it will carry on to my g-ma years.

i've had my eye on this pamela love cage ring for so many damn years its not even funny. so i bit the bullet. the rose gold was just too damn tempting. damn you barney's credit card.

a lot of hand to mouth here. hand to mouth hand to mouth. i don't know what my deal is----maybe i have moved from putting my hands over my eyes to showcase ze jewels to a hand to mouth pose. the only other time i put my hand to my mouth more is when i'm shoving a hot pocket. ok, enough. soooo i love this little dress so damn much. it's one of my favorite lines, american gold and it was oh so sweetly sent to me by the lovely suzanne at spanish moss. thank you, for this dress that i wear so fuckinggg much its not even funny. i've even worn it twice at the airport, in case you were wondering. you weren't. ok nevermind. it's thursday bitches. friday, you are so close i can taste it. come to mama! x

guat up?

so i took a whirlwind trip to guatemala last month. like a weekend. it was so fast i basically don't even remember it. just kidding. well, kinda :/ i went with my homies zoey grossman and for love and lemons, on a sneaky little project. it was a lottttt of work and a whole lotta fun. and tequila. the only evidence i really have of being there are these photos. on our patio at our hotel. while the model was getting hair and makeup i forced zoey to take a few pics right outside of our room. oh, the perks of your best friend being a photographer. my boyfriend will eternally thank me for sparing him such a task. i fuckin' love this dress. i love it so much i think i may have it in 7 different colors/prints/fabrics. so you will be seeing this bad boy again. not sorry! also, lets talk about the 3 day weekend comin' up. lets. do. dis.

so i totally love this dress but im not gonna lie, between the floral docs and the perky pony, i look like a toddler. which is cool. toddlers are cool. so young, so much life ahead of them! ok, enough of my toddler jealousy. except one other thing. toddlers don't have to work. those bastards. or pay bills, or make their own food-----hell, toddlers even get their sandwich crusts cut off! i've strayed completely off subject. actually, maybe i didn't. what am i supposed to be talking about anyway? this week is gonna rule. people gots some extra days off for the 4th, plenty of eatin/drinkin/sunnin'/whatever tickles your fancy. nappin/smokin/doin' absolutely nothin'. it all sounds good to me! have fun. k love you bye.
