finally! the first half of the pictures for the planet blue lookbook. shot by the badass, flannel wearing, cornut loving zoey grossman. a 3 hour drive with many a stop, including a gorgeous beach in montecito, pea soup andersen's, home of what else? pea soup,  a walk on the wrong side of the tracks, and an amazing field across from an equally amazing, huge ralph's supermarket. after stocking up at the glorious ralph's we arrived at our destination, the tacky as hell/utterly gorgeous madonna inn, home of the world's most uncomfortable pillows. and not so delicious restaurant. check out the pictures that made the cut on shopplanetblue.com

whistlin' dixie

 showed you a hazy glimpse of this top a while back---i'm in love with it. so much so that i didn't even notice when people were looking at me like "why is this girl in her lace underwear frolicking around, pretending she's evita, and doing wing moves on the deck?" that's right----i'm owning my moves. i'm lifting my arms trying to catch the light through my sleeves to showcase their shape! is that weird? i always find it a tad embarassing taking pictures in public. i feel sorta lame. but then i hope that i never see those people ever again, and move on.  have a wing move kind of weekend!

i luv aj

the new spring 2011 lookbook from my homeslice amanda thomas' jewelry line, luv aj. i love her, and her jewels. her use of mixed metals, (especially love the dark oxidized silver paired with the rose gold in her double cutout ring---i dream about it on a daily basis) and amazing chains makes me want every single piece to magically land in my possession. i really do luv aj. it's not just a clever name. get your paws on all the goodness you see here.
