this old thing! got it on ebay for like, $40 a couple of years ago....every so often i see its itchy beige fabric poking out from the depths of my closet, and i feel the urge to wear it for a few short hours until i can stand the itch no longer. but i enjoy every scratchy moment. like this day.

taking it to the streets. sick of these boots yet? too bad! i'm still in love. and i'm sort of in love with this weird cactus garden in beautiful historic koreatown.....and it was cold again, wtf? layers in order. and even pants. that's when you know it's cold! and apparently it was too cold to lift my head for the picture.

rip recollection: volume 2

 

 

 part deux of my memoriam to recollection. this was for spring 10. felicity <3 shot it, i styled, and pj bossed us around. but the model was amazing. her name is aleks, and she's so gorgeous. and i was so jealous of her hair the whole time--- i would die to cut my hair like that. but i don't have the nerve. or her face. photography: felicity byrne.

  where's joey and six?  a 90's babydoll number here....and it was dirt cheap! and i just got it from h&m. which is a miracle because i have been striking out there for months! and it's good and short, which short legs over here needs. worn with my favorite boots of the moment. that i want to buy in another color because im obsessed with them. is that wrong? also an oldie but goodie jacket.

 it's freezing here! i say freezing in the california sense of the word. (probably 63 or something super weak like that). i am wearing a tank top so it's clearly not that bad.....the chill gave me a good excuse to layer it up. and the best thing to layer with in my book? a furry/shaggy vest. shag me.

 i wouldn't call this business in the front so much....seeing as it's pretty much completely see-through...anywho staple outfit here. big giant top, cutoffs, boots. almost always boots. love me some boots.
